Insurance & Billing Questions

• Your insurance may cover services at our clinic. We will call to verify your benefits at the time of your appointment. Verifying benefits is not a guarantee of coverage. You may also want to call your insurance company before your first appointment and ask if Licensed Naturopathic Physicians and/or Licensed Acupuncturists are covered, and if they are, is your plan a part of a particular network. Once you have that information then you can call our clinic (503-222-2322) and talk to the front desk or our insurance billing person and ask if your particular plan and network is accepted here. We do accept most plans however NOT ALL of our doctors are on all of the same “in network” plans.
